2017年11月１日に外国人の技能実習の適正な実施及び技能実習生の保護に関する法律（技能実習法）が実施されました。
日本とインドの二国間での取り決めによると、2018年5月1日以降は認定送出機関以外からの技能実習生の受入れは停止になりました。

新たに設立した「外国人技能実習機構」に認定された協同組合（監理団体）、送り出し機関でないと外国人技能実習生を受け入れる事ができなくなったんだ。
